What a wonderful company! We are forever customers now! Incredible customer service! Getting a free estimate was so easy and I loved the services and products they offer and use. They told me the process and after discussing with my husband we called the next day and they came out to us in just a couple of hours. We just bought our first home and the HVAC has never been cleaned in all it's 48 years. The air feels and smells so fresh now, I smell the previous owners a lot less as well. Their process was so thorough and they were able to keep the rest of our home so clean. They truly care about their customers. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. They gave us an appointment the very next day which was important to us. They very efficient and super friendly. Our air ducts and dryer vent were clean as a whistle when they left, and we felt like we had made new friends. 4 Ducks did a great job on duct cleaning at my home. They were prompt, had great communication and were efficient in completion of the work including my dryer vent which was a longer vent. I had a great experience with 4 Ducks. My cat urinated in our vent and I called Mike after I was turned away by two HVAC and duct cleaning companies. Mike was able to come out promptly and sanitize the vents. They use natural products with thyme oil which I appreciate. The smell is greatly reduced and Mike was able to give me some helpful suggestions and took the time to educate me on our vents (of which I know very little). Thank you for your time, professionalism, and expertise!

Called 4 Ducks this morning for a long-overdue dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Mike and Ethan were kind, professional, and completely transparent about the whole process. (That transparency is especially helpful, since my wife and I are new homeowners.) Oh! And they even emptied our laundry room garbage can after they cleaned up, despite that they hadn't contributed to it. Will definitely be calling them for cleaning our house's air ducts this summer.
